We are celebrating 25 Years of Gemütlichkeit! Join us for a special night to celebrate our long history in Sanford. Theo, Linda and Christina founded the restaurant on August 1st, 2001 with dreams of it becoming a destination restaurant - the rest is history. We look forward to having a big party with all of our guests and staff over the years.

A top secret tasting of Hollerbach’s newest collaboration with Dees Brothers Brewery

If you purchase tickets separately, please write who you would like to sit near and we will do our best to accommodate. Our tables typically seat 6 guests - groups of more or less than 6 will be seated with other guests.
Soft drinks included - alcoholic beverages, draft root beer and mocktails available for separate purchase
Guests who are not invited by Hollerbach’s will not be permitted entry even with an event a ticket
Refunds require 48 hours notice -
