How Priority Seating Works

Once your priority seating request has been confirmed, please join us with your party at your designated time. When you arrive, check in with the host who will confirm your priority seating request and then inform you when the next table is available in the restaurant. Typically this should take under 10 minutes, or just enough time to get a Bier from our Lodge bar. On occasion there may be no wait at all!

If visiting the Lodge bar, please check-in with the host for a table (Sunday-Friday) or just have a seat at the bar. The Lodge offers a full menu Sunday - Friday. On Saturday the Lodge is open seating and offers a limited menu great for a quick bite or a Bier and an appetizer while you wait for your table.

Hollerbach’s ÜberKeller is a new restaurant that offers German tapas, craft cocktails and casual service. It’s the perfect spot to wait for your table downstairs or have a full meal to share and socialize with friends. Der Überkeller is located upstairs at Hollerbach’s as part of our beautiful Rooftop Biergarten and Art Gallery. ÜberKeller is only available for walk-ins.
