Hollerbach’s is committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff - please help us continue bringing Gemütlichkeit to our visitors at our German restaurant, deli, and clothing shop by adhering to the guidelines listed here as well as the Executive Orders issued by the State of Florida and Seminole County. For details on the July 1 directive from Seminole County, please visit https://bit.ly/county-directive-July1. Continue reading below for answers to some of the questions you may have - but first, a message from our Chief Operating Officer Christina Hollerbach-Simmons:
Please wear masks covering the mouth and nose at all times when you are not seated at your table, as mandated by Seminole County law.
Please do not re-arrange any tables or chairs without asking a host or server
We will continue to provide our newspaper-style restaurant menus to guests at Hollerbach's Willow Tree Café German Restaurant; however, to help reduce contact, we encourage our guests to use their QR code scanner on their phones to view our online menu by scanning the code placed at your tables, or visit hollerbachs.com
Please maintain a distance of six or more feet from other guests and staff to the extent possible; this does not apply to members of the same household (as mandated by the County)
Please use the hand sanitizer dispensers provided at our tables often - this sanitizer was made from alcohol distilled by a fellow local Downtown Sanford small business, Loggerhead Distillery.
Please do not hesitate to let your server, bartender, host or management know if you have any questions or concerns.
We hope you enjoy your visit to Hollerbach’s, “The Place Where Gemütlichkeit Happens.” Prost und Guten Appetit! - Theo, Linda and Christina Hollerbach and Team
