Hollerbach's Willow Tree German Restaurant Re-opens for Dining Service: FAQ

If you have questions about our return to dine-in service at Hollerbach's, our Resident Gnome hopefully has your answers!

What hours will you be open?

Our Willow Tree German restaurant resumed standard hours as of May 4, our Magnolia Square Market German deli has remained open throughout, and our Outfitters German folk clothing shop will re-open five days a week as of May 6.

Willow Tree: Sun-Thu 11-9, Fri/Sat 11-10

Magnolia Square Market: Sun-Thu 10-7, Fri/Sat 10-8

Outfitters: Wed, Thu, Sun 12-5, Fri/Sat 12-7

The Hollerbach family and staff are looking forward to once again creating great guest experiences at the Willow Tree!

Will you be open Mother’s Day?

In keeping with our long-standing Hollerbach family tradition, all three of our businesses will be closed on Mother’s Day, May 10th.

How do I make reservations?

We have chosen to suspend restaurant reservations until further notice in light of the limited seating capacity mandated by the State of Florida and by our concern for the well-being of our guests and staff, and to afford our staff time to adapt to the new re-opening circumstances.

Will there be entertainment?

Yes, indeed - and we can’t wait! Jimmy & Eckhard will be returning to the Willow Tree stage Thursday, May 7th to resume their popular Schunkelabend German folk music show, with polka, yodeling, folk instruments, classic Oktoberfest songs, and much more - Thursday and Sunday 6-9 pm, Friday and Saturday 7-10 pm.

What are your limitations on seating and capacity?

We will be restricting seating to 25% of the Willow Tree’s usual capacity - we have re-configured our table layout to reflect requirements of social distancing, and parties are limited to six guests per table - if there are more than six guests in a party, we will kindly ask you to sit at separate tables.

What steps will you be taking to provide a safe and sanitary environment for your guests?

In addition to the aforementioned capacity and distancing measures, all staff within guest areas will be wearing masks, each table will have a pump bottle of hand sanitizer provided by our friends at Sanford’s Loggerhead Distillery, we have increased staff for bussing and cleaning tables and other surfaces, and our newspaper-style menus will be each used only once every three days.

Will your full menu be available?

With the exception of just a few items that have been temporarily discontinued in order to increase efficiency for our kitchen and prep staff during this period of adjustment, our full menu of delicious and hearty German food and beverage will be available for you to enjoy. See our menu here.

Are you still doing takeout and delivery orders?

Our temporary delivery service ended on May 3, but we will gladly continue to accept takeout orders, which can be placed in person at the Lodge (our new bar on the corner of our building near the clock and fountain), by calling 407.321.2204 option 3, or by visiting hollerbachs.com/ordernow.

Is your Rooftop Biergarten open?

We’re close, but not yet! Still some details to work out, plus we decided it would be best to limit the volume of new challenges for our staff during our initial re-opening phase. Opening date is not set, but bear with us - it’s coming, and we can’t wait to see you up on Sanford’s first and only rooftop bar and Biergarten!
