Chef Knights - German Japanese Fusion Event

Indulge in a culinary journey held in the exclusive Knights Hall a private dining space at Hollerbach's. Our skilled chefs will present a four-course meal featuring a fusion of German and Japanese cuisine, expertly paired with beverages to compliment each dish. Hollerbach's Chef de Cuisine Sam Winslow,  has teamed up with Mike Evans the head chef of Yugiri Ramen Project to bring his expertise of Japanese cuisine.

This event is a unique opportunity to experience the fusion of traditional Hollerbach's flavors with modern culinary techniques and presentation. 

Located upstairs at Hollerbach's, the Knights Hall features a communal table with 28 seats and medieval ambiance.
